Thank you for your interest in our social media ad giveaway. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating:

Eligibility: To participate in the giveaway, you must be 18 years or older, and a legal resident of the United States.

How to enter: To enter the giveaway, you must follow the instructions on the social media ad and provide your email address to be automatically subscribed to the Fredric H Rubel Jewelers newsletter.

By entering the giveaway, you agree to be automatically subscribed to the Fredric H Rubel Jewelers newsletter and receive monthly emails from us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email.

Prize: The prize for the giveaway will be specified in the social media ad. The winner will be selected at random and the winner will be announced on our Instagram page on April 10th.

Privacy: By participating in the giveaway and agreeing to the newsletter subscription, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.

Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, you release Fredric H Rubel Jewelers and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or claims arising from or related to your participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
