Fredric Rubel Jewelers is happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $1,000 from rubeljewelers.com shipping to the Continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. We also offer expedited 2 day shipping for a flat fee of $25, or In-store pickup.
Generally, items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed, if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 3pm GMT (West Coast Pacific Standard Time), we will consider the order received the next business day.

In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment.
If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc.), then shipment may take up to an additional 2-3 weeks.
Rings ordered in sizes not in stock may take 2-3 weeks to ship. They are also non-refundable.

Track Your Order
Once your order is received, we will send you the shipment confirmation, confirmation number and the FedEx tracking number using the contact information you provided at check out.

Because your items are valuable, we use FedEx. FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase through the Site, you may return such item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and elect to: (i) exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site, (ii) receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item, or (iii) receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item that may be applied to your purchase of another item through the Site.
If you return an item to us after such 14-day return period, but between 15 and 30 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you, you may still return the item and elect either to exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site or to receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item that may be applied to your purchase of another item through the Site.

Less than $500.00: You can ship the item via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination*
More than $500.00: Ship your package via US Post Office Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* (Fed Ex and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.00).
Fredric Rubel Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. Alternatively, you may return an item purchased through the Site to one of our store locations for an exchange, credit or refund pursuant to these Terms of Sale. Please note that any item purchased in a Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers store may be returned only to the store at which such item was purchased and must be accompanied with your sales receipt.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, except that cash purchases will be refunded by a company check from Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers. Jewelry and watches must be returned in unworn, unaltered, and in original new condition. All packaging, instructions, and warranties must be included. Watches must have all tags and protective film attached and the presentation box must not be soiled or damaged. If the protective film is removed from the watch it will be considered used and it may not be exchanged, returned for credit or refunded. Credits, exchanges and refunds are not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, rings ordered in sizes that are not in stock, or engraved items.
