Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers is the customer facing brand of Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers. This Privacy Policy applies to Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers and related services operated by Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers.

Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers may send SMS messages to customers and prospects who opt in to receive text messages from us. Messages may include appointment reminders, customer support messages, service updates, order updates, account notifications, and promotional offers if you have provided marketing consent.

Our SMS program is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers to send text messages to the mobile number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Fredric H. Rubel Jewelers. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you want to receive messages again after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you used originally.

No refunds and exchanges only within 10 days of purchase. Special orders are not cancelable. Jewelry and watches that have been worn cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Jewelry and watch exchanges are permitted within ten days from the purchase date for credit only. Watches must be returned and unworn, unaltered and in original new condition. All packaging, instructions and warranties must be included. Watches must have all tags and protective film attached and the presentation box must not be soiled or damaged. If the protective film is removed from the watch it will be considered used and it may not be exchanged or returned for credit. Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, and engraved items.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.

Less than $500.00:  You can ship the item via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination*

More than $500.00: Ship your package via US Post Office Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* (Fed Ex and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.00).

*Fredric Rubel Jewelers with not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in approximately 5 days.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or items that were engraved, sized or special custom orders cannot be accepted for return.
